1. To participate in this program the shooter must have played the "Outlaw Purse" at a 2024 ATA registered shoot at one of the following participating Trap Clubs in the State of Montana: Helena Trap Club, Butte Trap Club, Flathead Valley Clay Target Club, Libby Rod & Gun Club, Plains Trap Club and Missoula Trap & Skeet Club.
2. The shooter is allowed one entry per "Outlaw Purse" registration. (i.e. the shooter signed up for the Outlaw Purse on Saturday, June 18, and Sunday, June 19th, and again, Saturday, August 12th. This is three different shoots-so three different entries are allowed...one for each day.)
3. The shooter DOES NOT need to win an "Outlaw Purse" to qualify for this "Outlaw Pot".
4. The winner of the "Outlaw Pot" will be drawn randomly approximately the second week of December 2024.
5. The winner will then be notified via email (and text) and must respond by December 20, 2024, by providing 1099 to Passionate Outlaws. Failure to respond and submit 1099 by the deadline will disqualify the winner and the pot will be awarded to another shooter.
6. The winner will be issued $1000 in gift certificates to be redeemed at a participating "Outlaw Purse" hosting club or directly with Passionate Outlaws.
7. Please note that the winning shooter's name drawn will undergo a verification process with the corresponding club to confirm that the shooter did participate in the Outlaw Purse on the date indicated on the shooter's entry form.
8. Please note that this program may be terminated at any time for any reason, without any notice to participants due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. The management team of Passionate Outlaws reserves the right to the final interpretations of the rules and conditions of this program and the interpretation shall remain the final decision
10. Please note that this program is in no way affiliated with the Amateur Trap Shooting Association or the Montana State Trap Shooting Association. The Outlaw Pot is an independent program that is funded by the efforts of Passionate Outlaws and its desire to support, engage and encourage women shooters to participate in competitive shooting sports.
11. Upon submitting this form you understand that you may receive information via text and or email about this program and other related information. You may of course unsubscribe at any time however a reminder we do need to have a way to contact you should you be drawn as the winner of this program.
12. By participating in this program you authorize Passionate Outlaws to give you a shout-out on social media and print media about your success as a participant!
